The ecological plot created in partnership with the horticultural school of Ribécourt inaugurated

Creation of two ponds, plantations of woods and a hedge of watercourses, construction of a footpath and an observation pontoon, the developments carried out in Ribécourt aim to constitute a reference for the environmental works which will be carried out as part of the Seine-Nord Europe canal project. This is the 2^rd project financed by the Société du Canal Seine-Nord Europe after the development of 6 hectares in the town of Bienville where 3800 trees were planted at the end of 2017.

The partnership with the horticultural school of Ribécourt, reflects the will of the SCSNE to mobilize and enhance the skills of the territory during the construction of the canal and thus promote territorial integration.

This inauguration took place on the occasion of the festival of gardens and the environment organized by the City of Ribécourt. The presence of the SCSNE among the exhibitors made it possible to inform visitors, inhabitants of the territory, about the progress of the project and to answer their questions.
