The SPIE is a new approach proposed by the Ministry of Labor to promote the return to employment. It was set up in 2021 in Oise. We are there to strengthen support for people who have the most difficulty entering the job market.
Our service works with a network of regional integration and employment actors, which I coordinate as SPIE delegate for the Oise Departmental Council.
We offer tailor-made and long-term support to people
looking for a job. It is a question of avoiding breaks in the course, of capitalizing on the
skills acquired with each experience, to lead to a lasting job...
At the same time, we help Oisian companies in their recruitment process. We go into the field ourselves, to meet the beneficiaries and the various partners, to find the profiles we are looking for that we submit to employers.

Since 2019, 28 people have been recruited and are currently working on the various ongoing Canal projects in Compiégnois, including 22 on integration contracts. For the SPIE, a new challenge is now opening up with the work to rescinde the Oise. There are five times more needs than last year at the same time, with new professions to cover and new constraints, for example, quite simply: knowing how to swim! More than 40 hours of integration are to be committed within 000 years.
Companies in contract with the SCSNE are bound by a social integration clause. We help them find competent and reliable personnel, among these often untrained but capable and motivated audiences. It is a big work of identification with all our partners, but also of education with companies. And it works !
I am thinking of a construction company that is already over 150% social clause fulfilment. What can first be experienced as a constraint then becomes a source of pride... With the teams of the Société du Canal Seine-Nord Europe and our entire network, we work in confidence, with the desire to make this capital project a source of jobs now, but also for the future of our region.
