The Seine-Nord Europe Canal is estimated to have around 3 recruitments planned for the project. Thanks to the system Solidarity Channel and the Economic Activity Insertion Clause, many positions are and will be reserved for people who are far from employment.
Alongside Fannie, meet one of the beneficiaries of the inclusion clause in this 5rd episode of the series “Integration through employment, they talk to us about it”Moussa is a construction worker and shares with us his experience on the construction site of the very first bridges of the Seine-Nord Europe Canal, the 3 bridges of the R66 between Montmacq and Cambronne-lès-Ribécourt.
It was through his temporary employment agency advisor that Moussa, at the age of 56, was able to access this position on the Seine-Nord Europe Canal construction site via the integration clause included in more than 50 contracts already awarded by SCSNE. During his two years spent on the Canal construction site, Moussa was able to benefit de qualifying training at CACES which now allow him to drive various categories of machinery. Training that he will undoubtedly be able to use in future missions!
The CIAE is the Economic Activity Insertion Clause carried by the device Solidarity Channel, itself co-managed by the Seine-Nord Europe Canal Company and the Departments of Aisne, Nord, Oise, Pas-de-Calais, Somme and Val d'Oise.
Integrated into most of the Canal works contracts, it promotes access for people who are far from employment (RSA beneficiaries, young people under 26 without qualifications, job seekers over 50, etc.) to jobs on the Canal construction site, by dedicating certain positions to people in integration.
