An exceptional device for exceptional labor needs

The Société du Canal Seine-Nord Europe (SCSNE) shared these figures which did not leave the participants indifferent: 6000 people mobilized at the height of the construction site and a recruitment need of around 3000 people in various professions such as machine drivers, formworkers, VRD masons, etc., not to mention the needs in the transport, security, accommodation or catering sectors.

Figures which allow companies wishing to respond to Canal calls for tenders to already prepare their teams for skills development or recruitment needs.

To help businesses meet their needs, the SCSNE and its partners presented them with the major project approach. This exceptional system offers businesses in particular an integrated service offering to help them in their recruitment and training process. They are, among other things, supported in the implementation of the integration clause through economic activity (CIAE), integrated into the Canal's public contracts, and promoting local employment.

very rich feedback on other major recruitments
