The detailed technical studies at project level having now been completed in the departments of Nord and Pas-de-Calais, the Société du Canal Seine-Nord Europe must become the owner of additional plots of land, prior to the start of the work.

In order to identify and inform the owners concerned, a plot survey n°3 will take place from Monday May 13 to Monday May 27 included in the following 13 municipalities: Ytres, Ruyaulcourt, Hermies, Havrincourt, Graincourt-lès-Havrincourt, Bertincourt, Bourlon, Marquion, Sains-lès-Marquion, Oisy-le-Verger, Sauchy-Lestrée, Aubencheul-au-Bac and Moeuvres .

This plot survey will focus on plots that are not included in a land, agricultural, forestry and environmental development perimeter and which must be acquired directly by Société du Canal Seine Nord Europe, ie 150 plots.

This survey also includes for your information for owners, parcels that are included in a land, agricultural, forestry and environmental development perimeter (AFAFE). These plots will not be subject to direct acquisition but to a land exchange within the framework of the land development procedure carried out by the departments of Nord and Pas-de-Calais. This concerns 450 plots.
