Exchanges with the intercommunal authorities of Artois Cambrésis on canal-side developments

At the beginning of November, the SCSNE went to meet intermunicipal cooperation establishments (EPCI) to discuss canal-side developments.

The latter had been requested during a first phase of work, within the framework of the territorial development contract for Artois Cambrésis, to make proposals on developments along the canal. The communities had made a certain number of proposals which were studied by the Project Company.

On November 5 and 9, the SCSNE returned to the Sud-Artois Community of Communes, Cambrai Urban Community and the Osartis Marquion Community of Communes. The methodology for processing and recording these requests as well as the first results will be the subject of a presentation to the next Artois-Cambrésis territorial committee which will be held on November 30 in Arras.
