• 10am-11am: 5 years after #OuiAuCanal, how did the Canal become a reality?

  • The mobilization of the territories / The commitment of Europe / The partnership with the State / The steps taken, the first results and the steps to come.

  • Speakers: Xavier Bertrand (Chairman of the Hauts-de-France Region and of the SCSNE Supervisory Board), Peter Balasz (European Coordinator of the North Sea – Mediterranean Corridor), Georges-François Leclerc (Prefect of the Hauts-de-France region -France), Jérôme Dezobry (Chairman of the Executive Board of the SCSNE) and exchanges with the audience.

• 11 a.m. - 12 p.m.: What are the challenges to be met in order to make the Canal a success collectively?

  • The challenge of employment and economic development / Reception and organization of the site in connection with the life of the territories / Regional planning.

  • Speakers: Philippe Hourdain (President of the Hauts-de-France CCI), Brigitte Lhomme (Vice-president of the Department of the Somme in charge of structuring projects), Franck Dhersin (Vice-president of the Hauts-de-France Region in charge of mobility, transport infrastructure and ports), Frédéric Danel (Regional Director of Pôle emploi Hauts-de-France) and exchanges with the audience.
