Exhibition: The Somme Canal Bridge, at the heart of the design

From July 15, 2026 to October 31, 2026

From July 15 to October 31, 2026, the Maison du Canal in Péronne hosts a temporary exhibition on the Somme Canal Bridge.

Between Cléry-sur-Somme, Péronne, and Biaches, this iconic structure will soon span the Somme Valley. Through this exhibition, the public is invited to discover the behind-the-scenes aspects of its design, the technical challenges of the project, its integration into the environment, and the new opportunities it will create for the region.

Guided tours of the exhibition will be offered during the office hours of the teams of the Société du Canal Seine-Nord Europe, on Wednesdays July 15 and 29, August 12, September 2, 16 and 30, 2026.
