The SCSNE and the University of Technology of Compiègne sign a partnership

On this occasion, Xavier Bertrand, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Société du Canal Seine-Nord Europe was welcomed by Philippe Courtier, President of the University of Technology of Compiègne, on February 9, 2018.

After the Ribécourt-Dreslincourt horticultural school, UTC is the first higher education institution to commit to this partnership approach.

UTC's expertise in urban planning, its dynamic partnership research, particularly in the river domain and with Cérema (Centre for studies and expertise on risks, the environment, mobility and development) thus make it an ideal partner on themes that are of direct interest to the Seine-Nord Europe canal project.

This partnership unites the two entities in a common desire to organize discussions with the actors concerned by involving the entire scientific, academic and student community.
