The Seine-Nord Europe Canal Company and the Hauts de France Prefecture organized on February 28, 2019, at the Hôtel du Département du Pas-de-Calais in Arras, a technical seminar as part of the Major Works project. An essential milestone as the territories organize themselves to accommodate the CSNE site.
Nearly 80 people took part in this working day, the aim of which was to understand what a major project of the scale of the Seine-Nord Europe Canal is and how to prepare for it.
Representatives of partner local authorities (Hauts-de-France region, Nord, Oise, Pas-de-Calais and Somme departments), communities of municipalities (EPCI), State services, actors of employment, tourism and economic development have responded to participate in thematic workshops and build their roadmaps for the years to come.
