Publication of the decree specifying the statutes of the Société du Canal Seine-Nord Europe

Published on 30 March 2017

The decree was signed by the Prime Minister, by the Minister for the Environment, Energy and the Sea, by the Secretary of State for Transport, the Sea and Fisheries as well as by the Ministers economy and finance, interior, agriculture and regional planning.

It supplements and clarifies the provisions of the order of 21 April 2016 on the Société du Canal Seine-Nord Europe.
