Information meeting on future GRT gas work in the Neslois region.

An information meeting was held on February 15, 2018 to inform the owners and agricultural operators of Pays Neslois, affected by the work to divert gas transport pipes.

GRT Gaz's work will mainly concern the municipalities of Nesle and Languevoisin-Quiquery, but also those of Rouy-le-Petit, Mesnil-Saint-Nicaise and Hombreux.

The objectives of this work:

• free up rights-of-way for the construction of the CSNE
• allow work to move the RD930 and the railway line

Territorial issues are taken into account with a view to minimizing work deviations to limit costs and impacts. Consultation between stakeholders as well as impact and hazard studies are carried out.

As part of the examination of the authorization file for these deviations, a public inquiry will take place by this summer.
