The Seine-Nord Europe Canal Company is launching a call for expressions of interest for the occupation of the Allaines pond.

As part of the "Avoid-Reduce-Compensate" regulatory approach, SCSNE is implementing environmental compensation measures. Environmental improvements will thus cover more than 1200 hectares, in order to protect the natural habitats of numerous species. To this end, SCSNE has acquired a pond, located in the municipalities of Allaines and Moislains in the Somme department (80200), called "Allaines Pond".

Pending the completion of the ecological development work, SCSNE is considering temporarily entrusting the occupation of this site to a non-profit association, in order to maintain this site in a natural area and in a good state of conservation.

The deadline for submitting applications is November 16, 2026. Projects will be selected according to the criteria detailed in the documents below.
