This call for expressions of interest is aimed at existing or planned platforms that can be involved in all or part of the following activities:

• Reception and storage of soils and sediments;
• Preparation, screening, treatment or processing of materials;
• Recovery in the form of products or ecomaterials;
• Marketing or reuse in development or infrastructure projects.

The following may apply:

• Public or private operators;
• Communities or their groups;
• Companies specializing in the fields of construction, the environment, recycling, or material recovery;
• Individually or in a group, depending on the expertise mobilized.
