Pole Emploi, in partnership with the FRTP (Regional Federation of Public Works), the SCSNE and all the partners of the Grand Chantier approach have developed a “skills kit” for trades in the Seine-Nord Europe Canal. This guide brings together the files of the 28 trades of the site, detailing for each, the expected skills.
This guide will be deployed through training for each player in the process and first and foremost: the Pôle Emploi referents. On November 17, this training offer was finalized during a meeting held at the FRTP in Lille. This training will be implemented from December 2017 with a first session in Compiégnois.
This guide was developed as part of “Canal emploi”, the system run by Pôle Emploi and the SCSNE to prepare the territories to maximize job opportunities on the site. Canal Emploi is one of the 5 mechanisms of the Grand Chantier approach, piloted by the State, in close partnership with the SCSNE, the Hauts de France Region and the departments of Pas-de-Calais, Oise, Somme and North.
