Parcel survey n°2

The detailed technical studies at project level are coming to an end in the departments of Nord and Pas-de-Calais, and result in some adjustments to the right-of-way of the Seine-Nord Europe Canal. The Société du Canal Seine-Nord Europe must therefore become the owner of the plots concerned prior to the start of the works.

 

In order to identify and inform the owners concerned, a plot survey n°2 will take place from Tuesday May 16 to Friday June 2 included in the following 10 municipalities: Moeuvres, Aubencheul au Bac, Haynecourt, Ytres, Ruyaulcourt, Hermies, Havrincourt, Bourlon, Marquion and Sauchy-Lestrée.

This plot survey will focus on plots that are not included in a land, agricultural, forestry and environmental development perimeter and which must be acquired directly by Société du Canal Seine Nord Europe, ie 25 plots.

 

This survey also includes for your information for owners, parcels that are included in a land, agricultural, forestry and environmental development perimeter (AFAFE). These plots will not be subject to direct acquisition but to a land exchange within the framework of the land development procedure carried out by the departments of Nord and Pas-de-Calais. This concerns 140 plots.
