On October 20, the Seine-Nord Europe Canal Company signed, with the National Federation of Public Works, the Regional Federation of Public Works of Hauts-de-France and the Professional Syndicate of Terrassiers of France, a sourcing charter concerning the future calls for tenders for earthworks, engineering structures and the restoration of communications.
The objective of sourcing was on the one hand make companies aware of the needs of the SCSNE in terms of the work of the TOARCs, their expectations and constraints And on the other hand to identify the capacities of works companies likely to respond to them.
This approach, carried out in complete transparency and in strict compliance with the rules of public procurement, has made it possible to discuss with professionals in the sector on subjects such as the timing and articulation of calls for tenders, innovation, the supply of construction materials and equipment, training and integration through economic activity.
On Monday, June 27 between 14 p.m. and 17 p.m., a restitution of this approach will be made to professionals in the sector, in the premises of the Hauts-de-France Chamber of Commerce and Industry, boulevard de Leeds in Lille. She will retransmitted in streaming in order to guarantee the greatest transparency.
